I didn't expect the dinner at night with gramma turned out to be like this. I thought it was a wedding kind of dinner held under the block. But, it turned out to be a 16th birthday celebration for an indian girl. Seriously, i am not familiar, or should i say; i don't even know the birthday girl, but i just went ahead with gramma for, an indian style buffet. Though it was held under the HDB block, but i would say the decorations were suited for this 16 years old girl, very pinkish-like, with really many balloons floating around and i really felt tempted to take some home, but this would be considered too childish of me in my gramma's eyes.

I went there with my gramma and her good buddies. It seemed like we were the only Chinese attendees, certainly, i felt abit awkward, for fear, people thought we smuggled ourselves in and just to grab some free food. Just that, the event could be much more comfortable by installing some fans or smthg which will ensure that attendees won't have to eat and wipe their sweat. Plus, the food there was rather spicy for me to take. However, although spicy, the food tasted quite nice, esp the dessert. A pity, i was too hungry, so no pictures. The birthday celebration was like a wedding proceedings i swear! The birthday girl was dressed up to nines and looked as if she's going to be married off. I don't remember having such lavish during my 16th birthday! haha, anyway, lavish or not, i guess the main thing is that everyone had their share of fun.
